Products in development

Hiveworks, Surestead and Dialled In are R13 product initiatives seeking pilot partners. The previews use fictional names, masked identifiers and illustrative data. They are not live customer accounts, source connections, supplier recommendations or compliance certifications.

Contact and information

Contact info@r13.com.au to discuss a pilot. Please do not send identity documents, health information, worker records, contracts, invoices or confidential customer files with an initial enquiry. Contact links open your email app; this website does not submit a registration form.

Website operation

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Normal hosting and browser requests can involve technical information such as IP addresses. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. R13 has not added advertising trackers or an analytics dashboard to this version.

Before any pilot

Data use, authorised access, source-provider permissions, retention, security and responsibilities must be agreed for the specific pilot. Customer, worker and procurement information is not automatically shared between products or organisations.

Product limits

Hiveworks recommendations need commercial judgement and lawful outreach permissions. Surestead checks are limited to supported sources and cannot guarantee overall fitness for duty. Dialled In findings depend on the scope, supplied evidence, market conditions and expert review; supplier relationships and fees must be disclosed. Customers and employers remain responsible for their final decisions.

This is an interim website notice, not a substitute for the formal privacy and contractual documentation required before live processing. Product names are subject to clearance. No third-party endorsement is implied.
