Workforce assurance

Protect the
people who
depend on you.

A credential matters beyond the day it is uploaded.

Surestead is being developed to connect worker profiles, supported source checks and accountable follow-up. Less scattered administration. A clearer view of what needs attention.

Evidence that follows the work

One person.
Different facilities.
Clear responsibilities.

Keep the credential, its source and the next action connected.

A portable worker profile can reduce repeated information gathering. Employers can define the requirements for a role, see the age and scope of the evidence and assign a review when something changes.

Where a source supports it, a change in status—not just an expiry date—can become a visible, accountable task.

From record to responsible action

More than a reminder.

Know the requirement

Define what a role needs, at the relevant facility and for the relevant work.

Check the evidence

Distinguish supplied documents from permitted source checks and show when each was reviewed.

Surface the exception

Make a status change, unavailable source or missing evidence visible to an authorised person.

Record the response

Keep an accountable review trail, including corrections and the next action.

Designed around people who depend on people

Where trust is part
of the job.

Healthcare

Professional credentials across practices and facilities.

Childcare & care

Role requirements for people supporting vulnerable communities.

Transport

Licence and qualification visibility for mobile workforces.

Security

Credentials that matter across changing sites and assignments.

Pilot conversations welcome across these sectors. Source access, jurisdiction and credential coverage must be confirmed individually; no universal integration is claimed.

Confidence with clear boundaries

Honest about what
the evidence can tell you.

Does Surestead guarantee someone is fit for duty?

No. Credential status is one part of workforce assurance. It does not establish health, fatigue, behaviour or immediate safety, and it does not replace employer responsibilities.

How quickly would a change appear?

That depends on when a permitted source makes the change available and the agreed check schedule. We do not promise instant detection of offences, overnight incidents or every change in every register.

What happens when a source is unavailable?

The proposed workflow shows the result as stale or unknown and assigns follow-up. A previous green result should not silently be presented as current evidence.

Can a worker take their passport to another employer?

The profile and sharing permissions are designed for portability. Some source records are subject to restrictions or require a fresh employer-specific check. Worker consent does not override those rules.

Who can see worker information?

The planned model limits access by organisation, role and purpose. Pilot participants will agree privacy, source-use and retention arrangements before personal records are processed.

Seeking pilot partners

Help shape Surestead.
Start with your real work.

We’re inviting Australian organisations to test a focused workflow with us, give honest feedback and help decide what comes next.

We’ll agree scope, data permissions, responsibilities and success measures before starting. Product availability and any source connections depend on the pilot.
